Thought I’d send out a unique blog post today.
I am a believer in goal setting. Actually, I have been this way for quite some time.
If you aren’t this type of person, I understand. However, I believe it is a huge key in making progress before or after having a negative thing happen.
When I had my stroke, there was a time where I didn’t do much of this, but over time, and when I began to see that I could continue to grow after my stroke, I got back into it.
I want this for you!
You must know that you can continue to grow and prosper…but it may take some time and will take effort.
Having said this, I decided to send you an outline that I have used for years.
I realize that there are many different ways to build a goal plan. You can spend hours upon hours looking at, and looking for, a plan that would help you get where you want to go.
Doing this for myself was eye opening. It really made me think my way through and has helped me stay true to my own thoughts, and desires.
But I wanted to build my own plan. One that was pertinent to my situation. So, this is what I built.
Now…I’m going to share this with you.
I won’t share all my stuff here…You need to find your own.
This is a good example of what I do throughout the year. It will be an outline with thoughts, etc. that will help you find your way for a great year. It will help you to know what you are working toward.
If you take the time to do the work, it is my true belief that it will help you on your own Strength after Stroke journey.
Here it is!! 2023 Goals Sheet to Share.pdf
- Please PAY ATTENTION to the side notes and read them through. These are JUST AS IMPORTANT as the goal sheet itself.
- As you look through this, there is a small yellow page within certain areas. Here is where you will find the side notes.
Write me and let me know if this has helped in any way.
